Skills Development Workshops: We offer workshops in areas like language acquisition, resume writing, job interview skills, financial literacy, and digital literacy to enhance employability and economic empowerment.
Mentorship Program: We pair experienced professionals with newcomers for guidance and support in navigating career paths, education, and settling into Swedish society.


Entrepreneurship Support: We provide resources and guidance for aspiring African entrepreneurs, including business plan development, and networking opportunities.
Social Services Navigation Assistance: We help individuals and families access essential social services such as healthcare, education, and social welfare programs.

Fostering Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Cultural Exchange Events: We organize events showcasing African culture through music, dance, art, food, and storytelling, inviting both African and Swedish communities to participate.
Community Dialogues: We facilitate open forums for discussions on diversity, equity, inclusion, and cross-cultural understanding, addressing issues of Afrophobia and anti-Black racism.


Collaboration with Swedish Organizations: We partner with local Swedish NGOs and community groups on joint projects that promote integration and mutual understanding.
Language Exchange Program: We connect native Swedish speakers with individuals wanting to learn Swedish, and vice-versa for African languages, fostering informal language learning and cultural exchange.


Volunteer Opportunities: We offer opportunities for both African and Swedish community members to volunteer within the organization, promoting collaboration and shared responsibility.
Celebrating Black Life, Culture & History
Black History Month Celebrations: We organize events and educational programs during Black History Month to highlight the contributions of Black individuals to society.


African Film Festivals: We showcase films made by African filmmakers, promoting African storytelling and perspectives.
African Literature and Arts Programs: We host readings, workshops, and exhibitions featuring African authors, poets, artists, and musicians.


Celebrations of African Holidays and Festivals: We organize events commemorating significant African holidays and festivals, sharing cultural traditions with the wider community.
Addressing Afrophobia and Anti-Black Racism
Awareness Campaigns: We develop and implement public awareness campaigns to educate the wider Swedish society about Afrophobia and anti-Black racism.


Anti-Racism Training: We offer workshops and training sessions on anti-racism and allyship for both African and Swedish communities.
Advocacy and Policy Work: We engage in advocacy efforts to promote anti-discrimination policies and practices at the local and national levels.


Support for Victims of Racism: We provide support and resources for individuals who have experienced racism, including legal assistance and counseling.
Research and Data Collection: We conduct research and collect data on experiences of Afrophobia and anti-Black racism in Skåne and Sweden to inform advocacy and policy work.
